iMagik Johnson, most noted for his work on the Shaboom and Paper labels, debuts a solo single on NRK after his much championed ‘Piha’ collaboration with Ian Pooley on Honchos Music.
Kingsland Dubs comprises of two mixes of ‘The Funk’; a solid dancefloor groover with tasty disco licks and a heavy funk bass line with some nice electro touches added to the ‘Electric Mix’, and ‘Rollergirl’, a deep and vibsey house cut with more bounce to the ounce! Essential club material from one of the house scenes brightest hopes.
